I have a problem. The SIM only plays the AI (game plan) I have installed when it feels like it, maybe 30-40% of the time. The rest of the time it runs something totally different. I noticed this at the beginning of preseason after I had built and installed a brand new game plan, Installed it the proper way and it didn't get used. So I checked everything I had done, It's not rocket science to install a game plan, scheduled another scrimmage, and got the identical result, my plan wasn't run.
On December 16th I asked support for some help, thinking that it was probably something that could get fixed rather quickly. I know I'm a computer illiterate, but even for my addled brain it seemed simple.
On December I8th I still had heard nothing from support, so I added a comment to the post citing the urgency because the regular season was getting close. Got no response the rest of that day.
By December 19th, I decided I should try to contact Bort or at least higher management to ask them to look into my problem, get support off the schneid so to speak. Would you believe that there is no way to contact upper management???? You mean that there is nobody in upper management that has the balls to have open communication with the people that play the game, with people that pay their salary? Unbelievable.
I remembered I had some contact with an administrator recently over a different matter and I still had the name in my inbox, so I contacted him asking for a name or link to whomever who could help me. He got back within a couple hours and said he would look into it. Great ! ! ! , now we'll get the ball moving. Three days later, still nothing.
Back to Support. On December 20th I added another comment to the post asking for someone to please get back to me. Nada.
Last night (21st) I added another comment, this time saying that frustration level was very high and if I posted again I was done being as nice as I had been to date. Still Nada
Now my questions to the rest of you peons out there ( peon - contracion of the verb To piss on)
Does anybody out there know of a way to fix this without Supports help?
Does anybody out there know of a way to contact someone who will help?
Am I wrong to assume that somebody gives a shit?
Make me a GM, give me access to everything and I'll fix your problem. It's never a SIM problem.
