I'm not saying one archetype is going to be necessarily better than another, you can win a title with any of the 3 archetypes, they all have vision and throwing majors, and they all have weaknesses too. It's undoubtedly easier to push strength on a Deep passer, which will increase Pass Quality, but you don't get PP and TS favored, which hurts pass quality.
Most of the QBs I've seen that have gone batshit with majors at the expense peripherals end up being meh in WL, especially when it comes to getting sacked, which imo is the biggest difference the QBs build can make.
