As for your QB, the only thing that jumps out at me this early is how low is passing is for his level and how even your Strength and Vision are. I might be wrong cuz I don't have my papers handy but I would think passing should be over 90 with EQ on by this time. And strength is WAY more important than Vision for a DP arch QB so they shouldn't be equal in value. More strength, more passing, no more vision for quite a while... if ever when you factor in ALG's.
