Prussian Revolution (9-2 -- 2nd in East) at Uh Oh HOOD Gone Casual (9-2 -- 4th in East)
Uh Oh! We got a dandy on our hands, 2 of the more balanced offenses going at it and we are the beneficiaries. What is so interesting to me is looking through the stats just how close these teams are in so many categories. This truly should be a very tight ballgame with every mistake magnified. Here are the few matchups that intrigue me....
Uh Oh's QB Red Gunslinger vs Prussian QB LT LVI - These QB's both throw the ball around with both of them over 449 attempts on the season. What's interesting though is whom takes care of the ball better. Although Red has 13 more touchdowns on the season, he also has 11 more interceptions in only 38 more attempts. He's also fumbled the ball 2 times although has lost neither. In any tight game, turnovers usually do tell the story, Red may be in luck though as Prussian sits in the bottom half of the league in total interceptions with only 11 on the season. I really do feel though whichever QB has a better day, will be the victor.
Uh Oh FS Personal Jesus vs Prussian WR C'ville Shelton - Personal Jesus has had an outstanding season so far amassing 42 Tackles, 9 INT, and 15 PD. Although he wont be teamed up 1 on 1 with C'ville, he is no doubt the last man on defense and nothing can get by him. C'ville is a big play reciever and is 8th in the conference in recieving average at 20.7 yards per catch. It will be on Personal Jesus to not let this man get a big play on the Uh Oh Defense.
Uh Oh Tacklers vs Prussian Ball Carriers - HOOD Gone Casual tacklers have racked up 15 forced fumbles this season and falling on 11 of them. Again, i see this as being a tight game and if the revolution cannot hold onto the ball, they may let the game slip through their fingers as well.
It's hard to pick a winner in this one because they are very closely matched, but I'm going to go with Hood on the "upset", I think they will force more turnovers and Red will keep the ball in the hands of HIS recievers. I like Hood 24-17 in a defensive struggle.
