Well it kind of isn't. Everyone knows that this is a possibility. This is shit that you warn your children about. It doesn't mean that stealing them was right or that looking for them isn't wrong, but I also have a tough time sympathizing with the people who make a living off of their celebrity not taking steps to protect themselves.

in this case, it's more like don't leave your belongings out on the lawn in full public view and then leave for a month.
