I used to know this, but can't find it anywhere. What happens to the 25 or 100 XP that my dot has when he turns 281? BT/training points?

Anything under 65 you get 2BT
Anything over and you can get a TP for 65XP and what's left over gets converted to 2BT
Most dots can only end with 100XP max now, although I have had a couple end with a bit more
So if 100xp leftover, spend 65 for 1 TP, the remaining 35 will auto convert to 2BT
If 25xp leftover it will auto convert to 2BT
