Ladies & Gentlemen, Boys & Girls, Children of all ages, I proudly present to you the Conference Championship week of North America!!!!....what’s that? Wrong League? Oh…we’re where? Pacific? Oh yeah… I Proudly Present to you the Conference Championship week of Pacific Pro!!!!!!
This week we present some great matchups featuring the Dead Presidents and …what? They lost in round 1? Seriously? /fail.. I guess you won’t be seeing the Presidents this week folks…eh, no one really wanted to see Obama anyway.
Okay….I did a little research and I think I’ve got it now.. Mike Vick is having a Personality disorder and down at Chico high some panthers seem to be laughing at some superstars? Something like that…yep..we’re going to go with that.
Southeast Asia Conference
Vick’s Dog Walking Service @ The Cult of Personalities, Wu!
It has been quite an interesting journey for both of these teams. For Vick, it might be fair to say that they accomplished two upsets so far during the playoffs to get to this point. For Cult, they definitely had at least one. VDWS played a very close 7 point game against the Rowdies last week. Now, in that game, as I suspected, both teams played very close to the vest, they didn’t exactly ‘shine’ in any particular area but one of the teams played very efficient and one…turned the ball over 4 times. In the end Charleston was done in by four interceptions. CPW didn’t play nearly as close of a game and threw the ball well and ran the ball well. I genuinely think this is going to be a very close matchup as well. VDWS is going to have to keep Cult’s running game in check and they may have to come up with turnovers again. Defensively I think both teams are fairly equal in talent. It’s going to be a tough one to call.
Prediction: VDWS 21-20
Oceania Conference
Chico High Panthers @ LolBar Superstars
Chico played a very competitive game against DIG last week, it took a last game rally by DIG to make a game out of it however, but in the end, they just ran out of time. Neither team ran the ball well last week and both teams played well in the passing game, in the end, the difference might have been the one Int that Michael Bishop threw. LBS..well.. they steam rolled Sumatra in a 40-0 victory. I wouldn’t say they amazed anyone with the passing game or the running game, but defensively, they simply shut Sumatra down and acquired 6 turnovers, (4 Ints, 2 Fumbles). That pretty much sealed the game right there. Simply put, if Chico can’t find a way to exploit LBS’s defense, it’s going to be a long day for them and short day for LBS.
Prediction: LBS – 35-7
