If there are no planned changes, then there are effectively no "bugs", so I see no reason to keep the Bugs Ticketing joke alive.

Well, there are no planned changes NOW. But I can't say with 100% certainty that none of the stuff submitted in Bugs Tickets is ever going to be addressed. If/when we're able to go back in and make little changes, having them collected in Bugs Tickets would/will be very helpful. Probably not soon, but eventually it could come in very handy.

Personally, if you're looking for things to shut down, I'd think the Suggestions Forum might be a better place to start. But that's just me.

Then can you at least have whomever is in charge of the Bugs Tickets (probably nobody) at least respond to submitted tickets with a "Thanks, we are making a note of it" or something, instead of just leaving people hanging? Hell, even a "Not a Bug", which was a favorite of the previous Bugs Moderators, would suffice. Just some response from someone indicating a presence of life.

sounds like a "maybe" for something with GLB classic down the road. I think many guys are content with a "maybe"

there are some bugs that have gotten resolved.... most of the stuff submitted is never going to be fixed, at least any time soon, so if you would like me to go through and copy and paste a "thanks the admins are making note of it" then i will. I assure you some serious bugs were resolved recently even though they didnt make it to a changelog

Wha???? Bugs Mods still do something? I figured with the new bugs ticketing system, you were obsolete. If not, then what the hell do you actually do, other than not respond to bugs tickets?

I've had a bugs ticket filed, and currently listed as "Pending", going on 4 months now. You'd think, if you were getting paid in flex to mod Bugs tickets, that at least once in that 4 month period one of the mods would have come across that ticket, and responded in some fashion. Either you guys are getting flex for not doing your jobs, or there are so many bugs reports that you are backlogged 4+ months. Somehow, I doubt it's option #2.

Where can I apply for that position?
