Found several that pushed the limit plus I think Frogs had an underground speedster last season that hit....I have an old file for two of my WR's from single digit GLB that got up but thats diff.

To my knowledge Shawne Retrovirus is the fastest player who had any level of plateau success in GLB history (I believe)

116 natural, 174 with equipment. I don't know why people are talking about just natural numbers when the difference between +55 and +58 equipment is huge.
Honestly, getting a WR past like 171 due to the pisspoor ALG's is ~impossible without a worthless player. I think I could build a better pure speed WR than monsterkills guys, but it's not worth it to me to build a same-speed guy that's already been built, while just changing the minors/SA/AE. Sounds pretty meh imo.
