Thus I have my 2 free players available for a team that intends on being competitive. Players built to your needs and can be any position. I will get CEQ as well.

Seems how UU will be taking a summer break, I have 1 free dot to make too... can boost and add CEQ

Abandoned need 1 more dot.

Why don't you just retire two of yours? Doesn't hurt anything.

No you don't. Pee Wee also cant sign over a level 1

Can't sign over level 1, or can't sign anyone with more than 0 XP at level 1?

Unless something has changed, pw players must be level 1 at zero days old to be signed .
