The way this thread works.
You post a build type, and then you post what you think the most over-rated attribute is for that position.

So if I were to make the first post, I'd say something like
Coverage CB - Agility

And then everyone who posted after me would rabble up a storm about how they think I'm wrong. The only rules is that with every post you have to post a build type and over-rated attribute.

Seems like confidence is a total waste at any position except for QB/K/P unless you want to invest in OTK VA.

Nahhh, I agree with him.
Agility is really over-rated nearly everywhere except on the Line

Any receiver - Vision

When you say agility and vision are overrated, you really have to be more specific. Because you couldn't be more wrong in terms of specific things you want from your WR.

Agility is overrated at some spots. On a pound your face power HB, prolly don't need to have 90+ agi for instance.

It is also the go-to #2 atty at elusive HB, WR, CB, Safety and it is not necessarily the slam dunk #2. If you are a fake+run WR, I can make a strong argument for catching being more important.

Keep in mind I have a WR who is going to play his now-starting plateau career with like 125 agility, so I do believe it has it's uses. However if you aren't specifically attempting to break free in coverage with cuts, or evade defenders with elusiveness, it should at least be considered that it isn't your 2nd most important attribute.

I see too many receivers with more than 60 vision, I think people over-rate how much you need to simply run routes and catch balls. Even to make fakes you really don't need much vision at all. Obviously you can't rock with 25 vision (you might be able to maybe), but I hate nothing more than seeing a receiver with more than 70 vision.

As far as agility, I think any defender who isn't on the Line, or a blitzer should have higher vision than agility, especially in coverage. The guys who do vision 2nd and agility 3rd have much better stats in man coverage (in general) as far as receptions allowed to targets. There are only a few times when agility should be the 2nd or 1st attribute in dot building.

Also, you are all forgetting the rules of the thread.
