Tip #1. Or you can cut and paste his numbers by opening the 'Print Friendly' tab on your player page and past it here.

you need about 20 more strength before you're done... that means finishing your 3-cap, 4-cap, 5-cap, and probably 6-cap at this point.

speed should come up. it increases your drop back speed, which decreases your pressure level, which increases your pass quality

stamina would be the last thing. mid 50s to mid 60s depending on your team situation.

your build feels behind, like you have a lot left to do with not too many SPs. you've just barely scratched the surface of your SAs.

I'm assuming you fell for all that advice out there that said you only need to push throwing super high. that approach takes a little practice.

I was kinda following a build plan. that only helped me for the first 2 seasons. I don't know anything about building good dots on glb.

Now that I think about it... it was you who gave me that advice thing.

Starting Build: 25 Vision (27), 18 Throwing

Because you start out with 27 in Vision, you'll only need to buy +10% enhancement to start with. By Day 48 you'll be able to buy 1 SP and cap Vision at 49. Keep pounding Vision, and on day -3 you be able to 2 cap Vision at 61.01. That same day, you'll be able to buy Vision Multi-training, and start training throwing on the swing attribute. Because you skimped on your Vision enhancement, you can also buy the Throwing enhancement at +20% at the same time.

Day 9/10: You'll 3 cap Vision. Congratz you are done with Vision.

Day 17/18: You'll cap Throwing at 49.03. Now, if you've been following along and have been saving your BTs, you'll want to unlock Throwing and Strength multi-training for 30 BTs. You should be able to also buy the Confidence enhancement at 10% and the Strength enhancement at 10%. Set the multi-training to Vison/Throwing/Strength with Confidence on the swing.

Day 27/28: You'll 2 cap throwing at 60.71. You can buy the 20% enhancement for Strength at the same time, and then a couple days later pick up the +30% for it.

Hang on to your Boosts, no matter what your playoff chances are.

Around Day 45, depending on when your training rolls over, you'll be able to buy 1 SP again for 15 BTs, and 3-cap Throwing at 68.05. Then you can boost 3 times and immediately 4-cap Throwing at 74.06.

|| At this point you'll have 40 BTs sitting around. A lot of agents will advocate for buying more training enhancements, and bringing everything up to 30% or more. || For the sake of this build, I'm going to show what happens when you do not. Remember, at this point, I'm only sitting at +10% Vision, +20% Throwing, and +30% || Strength.

Here's what we look like at the end of the 1st season.

At the start of the next season, don't boost just yet.

Day 7/8: You can 5-cap Throwing at 77.40

Day 9/10: You hit L22. Boost 2 Times and you can 6-cap Throwing at 80.90. Congratz you're done with Throwing
Then Boost the 3rd time and you can 1-cap Strength at 48.40. You are now L25 and your VXP starts rolling in.

That's the end of the begining.

From here on out, it's all down hill. The trick to maximizing the rest of the build is to watch your swing attributes, and switch out of them when they hit 30 (or so).

As far as what caps to do for the rest of the build, that's up for debate. Strength can get a 6 or 7-cap easily, but don't get stuck on it. Right now, Confidence is viewed as being almost worthless. If you 1-cap it, your Major ALG in it will carry it up to a good number. Get into Agility, Stamina and Speed as quickly as possible.

There's some debate as to whether QBs should get 3 or 4 pieces of EQ. Either can work, bit I prefer the 3 AEQ method, and shoot for 1200 BTs when I build.

Here's one build I did using this guide.

I agree that is better, but could you write out a non rocket science guide to get there? Would that guide be reasonably well formatted so someone's eyeballs wouldn't explode while trying to read it? Could you do that for every archetype in the game using the same basic formula?

That guide is intended to be an improvement over nothing. It's for those that have no idea how to build dots. If you already know how to build dots, you should be writing guides not reading them.

follow the easy way to build JD has outlined

Read this to familiarize yourself with the basic concepts of making and managing a player: http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=3266213

Then do this:

Basic build plan for any .5 ALG dot (any position other than WR, TE, QB, K, or P)
If going strength first then pick one pound below the maximum. If picking speed first then pick one pound above the minimum. Enhance the first attribute to 10%, train intense three times, enhance to 20%, then train intense until you have a nearly full bar at 32.9x without equipment on Day 48. Convert 15 bonus tokens to a skill point and cap to 48.9x. Then boost. Next season you'll enhance to 30% and normal train, then second cap, then continue normal training, then third cap. At that point you'll unlock and enhance your attributes for multi-training. Unlock the first, second, and third attributes you plan to cap and enhance all to 30% when possible. Use the free first slot to rotate any other attributes you plan to cap eventually, enhancing each to 10%. Continue multi-training until the first attribute reaches anywhere between 90 and 100 depending upon your build plan. Skill points should be spent in the first attribute until it reaches between 73 and 85 depending upon your build plan and how many attributes you eventually need to increase.

That's designed to get the first attribute up as quickly as possible to accumulate ALGs. You do the weight trick so that you're just under the .97 decimal for the third cap at level 7, otherwise you end up wasting two ALGs and there was no point in racing up that fast anyway. For 0.4 ALG dots I haven't figured out anything quite so simple, but in general you should probably pick max or min weight and then go to multi-training right after the second cap. 0.67 ALG dots don't need to worry about weight either and shouldn't unlock the first attribute but should push it really hard in the beginning.
