I think the script may have SOS weighted a bit too heavily.

Case in point -- a 1-4 team is ranked 14th.

and -- my own team Alpha is ranked below the pack of teams tied at 19th even though we have a higher ranked offense and defense than most of the those teams.


But -- this is the script that everyone uses so take it for what it is.

It has always weighed SOS very heavily. It will even out more later in the season.

But, I don't think that Meat's team should be ranked lower. They are 1-4 but have been neck and neck with most of the best teams in the conference. You are a higher ranked offense and defense because you have two 255-0 games under your belt.

Meat won't lose another regular season game. Terrible chemistry and turnovers have killed them in close games against teams a combined 17-3. They lost those games by an average of 4.5 points while only giving up and average of 13.2 points in those games. I've been pulling my hair out over this, believe me. Defense ha been spot on but the offense has yet to find it's identity this year.

understand on paper 1-4 is 1-4. But each of those four losses were against good teams and each were very winnable games. Only thing that matters though is the final result and we hope to be ready to go come playoff time.
