true--
But what I posted is correct--a good OC will look for a back needed. A good solid PWHB build will find a home so no.....str/crry etc. is not that important early if you are just gonna float the game
somebady go look at MD or that damn DUCK....learn from them

i have no fucking clue what youre rambling about but if by level vis/agility/speed etc means "keep them all equal" that is ridiculous.

Pretty much this.
It's honestly not a big deal whether you go carrying or strength first. Some people will make a big deal about it but if you've got decent build mechanics it won't matter too much. I went carrying first to get the extra point from the Steady Grip VA, but he'll have 103 natty carrying and 94 natty strength. Other way around is still fine and no OC would balk at that all other things equal.

According to Bort carrying and strength are both really important in the break tackle roll, if the tackle is from the side or behind, carrying plays a larger role, if it's head on strength plays a larger role. So you could make an argument that depending on how much speed you have should influence which attribute you start with but the meta is towards ~130-140 speed guys with ~190-200 combined strength and carrying.
What I'd like to see though is a 100 speed guy with 120 strength/carrying guy just pounding up the middle. Curious how many broken tackles a dot like that can rack up with 25.5% break tackle AEQ. Don't know if it's already been done before or not. It'd probably be really underwhelming, but I'm still curious.

She will be a natural 100 STR and CAR and a little over 100 in SPD with EQ, but for up the middle backs I've found that high STR just kills the middle.

Those 2 numbers are irrelevant. But if you are asking which attribute is better, strength for up the middle and its probably about equal in terms of pitches.

STR does fire PT so I think I would rate it slightly higher, but both should really be around 100 total each (EQ/VA's)
