If you mean requesting to move from an Elite league to Competitive or normal, NO, unfortunately that's not something you can request. I mean, people try to do it every season, but we can't accept those requests (if we did, every Elite owner would be requesting an easier league). Elite/Competitive status is based on your team's performance, not something you can request.

I request to win the lotto every week, but I'm still a working class American

and you are wrong in your assumption that every elite league team owner would request to move to an easier league. Quite the opposite in most cases.

But you said EVERY elite league team owner. Most of the ones I know (well those that actually enjoy the lolMinorLeagues) actually prefer the competition in elites

I flipped the fuck out when it looked like one my teams was gonna demote down from Elite to Competitive. Fuck Competitive. I want real games, even if I lose them all 56-0.

depends on the team. moving teams up just because they have a good record, but only half a roster has never made sense. no one wants to play a half filled team in the elites. and the lack of players these days makes recruiting elite players almost impossible. there has to be some common sense involved instead of the blanket rules.

Pretty much, if a team is barely making the playoffs in comp and the team is half CPU then they're going to get raped in an Elite league.
