I have build a few other power backs and have not been real Happy with them. I want this one to be great.

Well sad to point out but he will not be great! He might be great at this lvl but not later on. You went too low with your attributes! You should have strength/carrying at something like 85+ while having your secondary allready close to 80s (preferably strength or carrying). And thats without eq. You have a slight warning as your effective lvl is lower than your lvl.
My 31 DE has agility at 91 (without eq) and speed at the 70s (without eq)

Sorry I would have crushed the speed first and pushed strength, agility, carrying with multi training. Looks like you have been putting sps all over the place....

For a Power Forward i wouldn't go speed first earliest 3rd... I went fourth and it will have 102str, 99car, 82agi and 145spd

It's kind of an open ended question. What do you want him to do at the end?
