its been awhile since i cared about the cpu player penalties. i cant seem to find the actual penalties anywhere. does someone have the link that shows what the penalty is depending on the number of cpu players?

I think it's ten CPU dots on a team before penalties... that's all I know... and I'm not even 100% sure of that.

More than 10 CPUs on the roster brings a penalty. If I'm not mistaken it's 25% reduction in attributes for all CPUs.
