This. Hard to give advice if we can't see how you're building your guys.

Though it's really not a good sign that your Effective Level matches your Actual Level. If you were building right, your Effective Level would be higher right now.

That ^^
And as i noted, don't spend any SP on SA. :/
(Spent 3 on Quick Read in total for both QB's)
On Peyton, too much vision, and too little spent on Throwing. Carrying is almost useless, and (not sure if this is normal) 10 blocking?
rQB is ok if you want to use him for passing also. If only rushing dont invest on throwing as much as you did.

You are rounding upp your builds too early. Concentrate on one attribute a time (first season go with one attribute) and use SP when you can cap. Though if you are not going to keep the builds for many seasons then rounding upp the attributes will be good

Explain rounding up... I think u mean putting in my sp to fast right?
And when can I cap?

They mean putting your Skill Points in anything, but your main attribute; which for a QB would be Throwing. Your QB should look more like this...

Is vision not as important in lower levels?

No, and in my opinion it's the third most important attribute for a QB. Here are my older QBs...

Depends on what your overall goals are. As jpjn states, Vision is likely the third most important attribute for a QB. BUt if you want him to be successfull when he is older, you don't want to be investing SP's into it until you are done with throwing and strength.

The correct question is "are the lower levels important at all if wanting a long term dot?" The answer to that is no.

It's not that it isn't important... it's that building dots kinda doesn't follow logic here. When I started (as with about 99% of everyone here their first time), I built just as you did... logical. Putting my points into my primary skillS rather than how I do things now, which is to put points ONLY INTO ONE primary skill... for a long, long time.
Now, if your dot is playing PeeWee leagues and, most people who play in those leagues recycle (retire) their dot after that season and do it all over again. If you're doing that, then spreading out your SP's isn't all that bad. But, if you're going to imnvest time and money into building a dot all the way to the end (plateau)... then you really want to build it right. Best (easiest) way is to find a good team BEFORE you create your dot... and ask about being mentored along. That's how I eventually learned all I know.
But, here's some stuff that might help you out even more. The following are links to threads about building dots;

The rest of these links are about various scripts you can install and use for player building;

Hope this helps you out.
