I am going to make a free Saftey but just needs some help with the build. How should I begin the build and what SAs should I focus on?

He might be asking us which Archetype to use.

Really, though, JB99, it's all going to depend on what you want your Safety to do and what skillset you want to focus on. Do you want a Safety who can cover WRs in man coverage? A Safety who can (good luck with this) play well in Zone? A Safety who never misses a tackles? A Safety who can force fumbles? A Safety who plays well in run-support?

Gotta provide some detail.

Don't forget a safety who excels at interceptions.

dont forget a safety who can get blocked by a WR while holding hands with the CB next to him while a HB just walks right by.

Wow! That still happens to yours? Mine don't have that issue anymore since I equipped them with a shank.

You can do that with any FS, it doesn't take a special build.

Would it be expecting too much to have a safety that can do all of these things?

In my experience, yeah. I mainly build offensive dots though, but I've done my share of recruiting defensive dots, including safeties. It's very difficult to create a player at any position who can "do it all."

What about a combination of maybe two of those skills? Maybe Zone coverage and force fumbles?

155 SPD, 90 AGL, 80 VIS/TKL/STR is a good jack of all trades build to use for DB's but they will not force many fumbles. Pretty decent in coverage, great at KL's and strong vs the run. Get a varied set of % EQ

Sweet. How high can you get your jumping with that build and still possibly hit minimum # in Conf for OTK?
