Not sure why anyone thinks the problem was fixed when it's clearly not fixed.

Just cuz you lock a thread doesn't mean it got fixed...did anyone bother to read the added notes in the support ticket? If you did you'd see there was more to the problem than just a FB issue.

Every WR missed out on yet another game due to this Depth Chart Bug.
Once again I added them to the Depth Chart and once again they are no longer listed on the Depth Chart.
For some reason when I add the WR's to WR1,WR2,WR3 and so on they don't stay there and by gametime they get removed and don't play a single snap.

Had someone do that already and the preset is active but the problem didn't go away

Double check your preset then physically set it in the calendar. I had that problem multiple times each with 3 teams and using a preset fixed it for them all.

Thanks I'll try that tonight but in the meantime it would be nice to get some answers from support

Happened to a CB on my BtH team, he's in the cb2 slot as a backup and didn't get 1 play last game.

First thing to consider is, did someone else with access make the change. Look close for an empty GM spot, was someone long ago that got access to teams somehow with that.

was the preset you created created this season, or previous seasons and just updated this season....

ive found that if you use an old preset from last season in the quick scrimmage settings itll override the main depth chart.

we had issues like that with oakand in the past, and using the preset depth charts in the tactics calendar are really the only sure way to make sure you are getting what you want.

Yes was running last seasons presets...Goin to manually re-do the tactics calender and hope that works or there will be more angry WR's on our roster after the next game again...
If that doesn't work...I give up and without the proper assistance this might never get fixed... maybe locking this thread will give the appearance that it was fixed when it wasn't...

While the preset workaround should work, the problem should be fixed so it isn't an issue to begin with.... imo.

but i think as TN mentions, there should not be a problem when using the default depth chart.

there are many users that may not see this thread and not have any idea why it is not working. i think the issue should be addressed and there should also be an announcement made to alert all about this issue.

I'm having a similar issue. Dots are playing snaps they shouldn't be and plays are getting called that aren't in packages.

I'm using a preset DC (updated from last season) and always use the Tactics Calender to call it. Am I going to have to update all of my packages and AIs by creating new ones as well!?
