glad to know that the guys who pay flex for these scrims are getting their moneys worth for them. Not a waste of flex or anything when you are testing things and want instant results.
I went to Wendys last night to get a burger after my sons baseball game. We sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. right before the young lady gave me my food, the manager came to the window and gave me my money back because she said that we had just waited at the window for too long for our food. She apologized several times and said that it was just unacceptable. She even asked me if I wanted a voucher for our next meal to be free. I told her no thanks and also told her that I understand that problems happen sometimes but that it is how people handle the problems that makes the difference.
She handled it correctly.
Wonder how Bert and crew given their long history of terrible customer service will handle it?
