They are going to struggle to be very good with the start they have. You normally want to focus on 1 attribute for the first half of their first season. Before that season though, you should have your main attribute at the first cap and well on the way to the 2nd cap even.

What attribute should I focus on now for the rest if the season then?

He probably means you should retire at the end of the season, you are a bit younger than most players. (best time to build is at the off season, day 40-48)
Otherwise you should concentrate on agility with your builds... My DE is at 78 without eq. A good way to Build is to only use SP when you can cap.
Im in Thailand now so i haven't got more time to give build advise
