Warrior General Games

It seems that passing games just revolve around the HBs and TEs for 90% of the passing attack. WRs seem to just run out there to occupy the CB and S so the other 2 positions get open.

What would make a WR a difference maker in order to be utilized more often?

It really all comes down to the OC. Some just dink and dime down the field, some run a lot, some are pass heavy.
