Looking at your build you went too balanced... Most push their first and main attribute over 100 without eq, second attribute to 90+ and third and fourth depending build plan
A good speedster wr with 4 AEQ (Advanced equipment) and SAs looks something like:
Speed 158-160
catching 90
agility 90
vision 61
carrying 67
stamina 61
But it seems to be your fisrt dot so it was a training build... Everyone did it sometime
