Seems weird doesn't it?
If a CPU remains at the beginning of the season it seems
like it should be swapped with a higher ranked competitive team...

I'm not smart about scheduling and brackets, etc... but that would make
for better competition I would think.

I saw it last season twice......hell one team I watched CPU bitch slapped an entire conference

What can be done about it is everybody in the league complain loud enough. Likely this would have to be done before the rollover. For whatever reason they almost never swap teams between leagues after the season has started. Otherwise you just have to deal with it.

If you lose to a CPU team you are bad.

Frogs coulda switched with CPU but switch with broom was better

It's one thing if there is a full roster but a CPU owner...... another if it's all CPU players. If it's just the owner, you should still be competitive...but if all CPU players, they shouldnt be winning that much. Also, do the AI's readjust to basic... or I thought it may stay at whatever was set to be the "default", even if custom made by an agent in which case, could help the team's cause even if now CPU.

A team with a CPU owner will not have a full roster unless it was just a temporary renewal mistake or something...

At least it isn't as bad as the casual elite league, 4 CPUs in one conference
