Big Games in Week 14:

Durham Blue Devils(12-1)/Topeka Tiger Sharks(9-4) - Blue Devils are looking to keep pace atop the conference with Zanibar and stay ahead of Wisconsin and Woerth. Topeka is fighting for the playoffs as they have a tough schedule to finish out the season.
Zanzibar Zombie Monkies(12-1)/Arrowhead Maniacs(9-4) - As with the Blue Devils, Zanzibar who led the conference for most of the season, is looking to keep pace with the leaders. Arrowhead is fighting for playoff positioning and has a fairly tough finish to the regular season.
The Bus Drivers(11-2)/San Francisco Spiders(8-5) - The Bus Drivers are in a fairly comfortable position in 3rd place with a 2 game advantage over 4th place and an light schedule the rest of the way. Their fight is to maintain with leaders B.O.S.S. and S. Florida in case one of them slips.
Seattle Wave(8-5)/Heisenberg Full Measures(9-4) - A mid-pack fight for playoff contention. Seattle has the easiest option here because a loss does not mean its close to playoff elimination. They have a two game lead over 9th place and will finish up with a light schedule. Heisenberg needs this win more as they face tough opponents to finish out the season.

West
Durham Blue Devils(13-1)/Woerth Shamrocks(12-2) - While these two teams are not at risk of losing a homefield advantage in the first round, this is for deeper playoff positioning. Of the top 4 teams, Woerth has the toughest schedule in their final two games. Durham needs the win to keep pace with the other leaders, Woerth gains a lot with a win.
Topeka Tiger Sharks(9-5)/Arrowhead Maniacs(9-5) - A big game for both teams. There are 5 teams fighting for the last 4 playoff spots. Both of these teams have very tough matchups in week 16, so this game has humongous meaning.

East

No big games. The playoffs have pretty much taken form.

Big Games for Week 16:
East
The East is pretty much figured out. The only thing not clear is OffTopica and San Francisco's fate for the 8th spot. OffTopica plays B.O.S.S. so odds would indicate a loss for OffTopica but there is hope for them. As long as Seattle can take care of San Francisco, OffTopica should make the playoffs. San Francisco needs a win over Seattle to make the playoffs as B.O.S.S. should win over OffTopica.

West
Stop the presses! A monkey wrench was thrown into the works in Week 15. Woerth and Planet Express pulled out a win to mix up the top seeds! The top 4 seeds have their home first round but after week 15, it is a little difficult to say they are set in stone.

1. Zanzibar against Topeka - Naturally Zanzibar wants to win out to keep first place but they are playing a desperate Topeka that is in a must win situation to keep a playoff hope alive when comparing the schedules of the other 9-6 teams. I'm kind of surprised Topeka did not drop a promotion against Arrowhead in their week 15 game.

8. Ft. Worth against Cool - Meaningless game as no playoff impact.

Really like the commentary! Week 15 definitely was nuts in the West.
