If this is a GLB 1 Dot... no. If it's a GLB 2 dot... you need someone elses' input. If it's a GLB 1 dot the best way to build ANY dot is to concentrate on the primary skill ONLY during the 1st season. In this case, since it's a pocket passer QB, his throwing should be the only skill you should be putting points into (SP's). Also, since you have both throwing AND Vision at 70+ already, I'm betting you either intense trained both skills all season... or you traded BT's for SP's... or both. This will come back to hit you later. Right now your dot probably preforms real good. But, once you hit the higher levels and start running into other builds that follow the standard build practices, you'll start to see his numbers decline until you get frustrated with what seems to be happening. At the end of a PPQB archetype's build, you'll want his throwing to be at, or above 100 natural (without any Equipment assistance). His Strength should also be at least 80... his vision at least 80... his agility around 80... his speed close to 1st cap (between 38 and 48)... and his stamina at least to 50. The rest of his skills are adjustable according to your desires but carrying helps him avoid fumbles when he gets sacked. As for Confidence... it's SUPPOSED to be important... but the reality is about as muddy as the Mississippi river as to how it works (despite whatever is written about it)... IF it works... and, if it does work, how much it really helps (or doesn't help). I tend to push mine up at least to 50 if possible as I tend to believe Bort and company wouldn't say it's important then make it utterly worthless. So it has to have some kind of effect, even if minimal. And it's a major for QB's.
Other things you should be doing (by now) is multi-training at least 3 skills at a time (preferably 4)... and should have some of them (preferably the primary and/or secondary skills) enhanced training to at least 3 stars (no real need to go higher... this logic is tested and approved by most good builders.) I hope this helps you out. As for this build you have 2 choices... retire, recycle, and re-do again... or keep going. If you decide to keep going, I would pound throwing like a inmate on a rock. Chuck everything at it (but don't trade out anymore BT's for SP's... you'll need those for training enhancements and opening multi training slots AND for AEQ later on). Don't stop pounding throwing until you get it up to 90 because you're behind on ALG's right now and will need the extra push (from ALG's) to get it up to at least 97-100 if you work hard at it. Don't spend another point in vision until WAY later in the build. Concentrate on Throwing, strength, and agility (in that order).
Again, I hope this helps you out a little. Also hope some others come along and give you other thoughts and ideas. Good luck!

Theo, you know GLB2 have whole different attribute......?

For a QB, your attribute should be:
Thr/ Vis/ Str/ Agi/ Sta = 107+/ 95+/ 90+/ 68+/ 60+

Nah. I haven't been to GLB 2 yet and really don't know anything at all about it much. That's why I advised him to seek other guidance if he's building a GLB2 dot. Thanks for the help aaasahi.
