Africa went 10-6 against South America in week one, but that normally doesn't mean much without proper seeding. I do tend to think that Africa might be a little bit deeper than South America, but I also think the top teams are better in South America than in Africa.

In South America, I like one of the Brazilian teams to win the conference, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was an all Brazilian conference final. Those guys are just very tough to beat (plus I double my chances by technically picking 2 teams).

In Africa I think that its going to be much tougher to call. Hood, Liverpool, Deadwood, K.O.B, Jo-Jack, and maybe Houston all look like they could be strong contenders. I just don't know the teams well enough to gauge yet.

Something else just for discussion.

A quarter of the way through the season. The Brazil teams are looking good in South America. That was a good game against Benitos today.

In Africa, HOOD had a crushing win against a Houston team that I though was a little better than that.

I'm looking forward to seeing HOOD vs. Liverpool in week 5. Its easily the game of the week, and could decide the #1 seed in Africa.

I had passing in there but guess it adjusted away, not a bad showing since I am OC and DC ....
