i impulse bought a team on day -8 this season and managed to recruit all 55 players by the start of the season. we really dont need 8 days for the off season any more. if you dont make the playoffs, thats 24 days of no caring vs 32 days of games. thats a terrible ratio.

While the down time is irritating for sure, I regularly recruit well into day 46-48 and sometimes even into the preseason for championship teams. I can't remember the last time I recruited a dot before day 41. I do VA resets throughout the preseason.
Why would you wait for the off season to design the roster?
Recruiting for challenging for you guys? wow.............I recruit for numerous teams and this was probably the easiest season ever.

I gameplanned for 4 games last season, I`m exhausted and need a break. I suggest a 30 day offseason.
I'm fine with less pre season. Keep the off season how it is.
