This is what I look to build my QB into... would this strive in pro / World league caliber of player?

some might argue that you would need more on confidence, but I think it would thrive assuming your AEQ and CEQ would be in pass distance percent and pass quality percent (2 of each kind). also, I might switch vision and strength myself, but I don't think that is a significant difference at all.

Well , I've seen the confidence test and it's shown that it doesn't really matter and... People have also told me 3 AEQ Builds are better than 4 AEQ

The reason 3 better than 4 is that 3 allows you to build up more heavily than 4 does. You're talking about needing a lot more BT's from training with 4 so it almost forces you to switch to "light training" earlier just to get enough BT's. I kinda think it's build specific. Some positions get much more of a benefit from having 4 AEQ than others... and some don't really need 4 AEQ although it does help a little. It's what you gain vs what you give up. With the QB(non-rushing), I think 3 is fine. As for confidence, I think it's something that doesn't mean much for some positions... but has much more impact on other positions. Kickers, Punters, and QB's would be one of those positions where I wonder if a lack of confidence has more of an effect than, say, a HB or LB. Just saying.

I'd go with a little less vision to get Agility up some more.
