ideas ?
Building my 3rd one currently and improving every time out... but there's guys like JDbolick and Sellars who probably have built some better ones. Still, here's my take on it;
Long Reach. Part of getting INT's is making them off of deflections. Including deflecting the ball to yourself. Which I've done a few times.
3rd Down Stopper. Same as above but only on 3rd and 4th downs. Still, I think it's accumulative with Long Reach on those downs.
Clutch. Some say it doesn't work. Some say it does. I still use it anyway.
Red Zone Freak. I don't use it because of how limited it is. Only works within the 20 yard line.
Ball Hawk. Same here. Says it helps you GET to the ball quicker... not sure if it does anything more than that. Is tied to jumping which "seems" to mean it helps with INT's... but says nothing about it doing so. Been a few of the better builders say it's not worth it... so I don't use it much anymore. Doesn't seem to make a difference to me whether or not if I have it or not.
Prime Time Player. I have never used it myself. Seems very limited due to only working in the end zone.
1 VA I'm not sure if it works for defensive players or not that might be worth checking out;
Mr.Reliable. Supposed to give 2% bonus to catching passes on 3rd and 4th down. Doesn't specify a position... but is listed under "offensive VA's". Also doesn't say "Works only on offense."
And Attribute improvement VA's of choice would be;
Football Genius and High Jumper.

gotta have good speed agility vision and catching (mostly speed) or the veteran abilities won't help much

sounds like it does work for interceptions but i don't know
also are you sure you have to make the deflect roll before you can roll for interception?
