this is my first WR and I am at a loss as to what to do with him at this point. Is he fast enough? Should I add more agility? I do not know. I will not retire him so any other useful advice would be appreciated.

Too slow for level 70.
For that speed you don't need much more agility.
Too much vision.

Best way to spend your last few SP's will be just getting Juke and Head Fake maxed. Also, if you can swap Catch in Stride for Catch Fake and max it out as well. Only way you're going to get open is seperation from fakes.

Do you have any percent AEQ? You'll want at least one, if not two catch ball%, and you definitely need one fake % as well. Drop Ball Hawk as well and get Possession Receiver or Mr. Reliable, also Slippery is a waste on that dot as well. Next season, and the season afterwards, you wan to reset both Ball Hawk and Slippery for Mr. Reliable, and Possession Receiver. Ball Hawk does nothing, and your dot doesn't have the break tackle ability for slippery to do much of anything for you.

Confidence too high, stamina too low, and if you could get jumping up another cap it'd be nice, but at this point your priorities for the build should be.
