Welcome one and all to the 13th Tournament of Coalitions! Sorry for the delay of this sign up/announcement, I will note however that it's Friday the 13th as I post this, the 13th TOC!
IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR TOC XIII
*Coalitions now can sign up only 9 teams, as compared to 12 in the past. You can still enter as many 9 team groups as you wish, but only 9. This is, in part, b/c of the reduced number of teams available to compete.
*We will carry over the ability of Pro teams to compete in the WL bracket, but not vice versa. Reg Pro can play up to Nat Pro and Reg Cas Pro to Cas Pro, but not vice versa.
*WL has unique "moon league" trophies, linked below, check 'em out,
*The Forum is open and advertised in the private forum directory.
The Deadline to enter is Day 0 and YOU MUST POST EACH TEAM IN THEIR RESPECTIVE BRACKET

This is the Tourney to prove your group of teams is the best in GLB or if you are a loner, you can beat all of the coalitions and claim your age group. We limit each coalition to 9 teams, but they can enter as many 9 team groups as they want. You can enter as few as 1 team and a maximum of 9 teams. This Tourney covers Casual and Regular from Pee Wee on up to World League. Pick your 9 teams wisely, every point counts.
**Independent Teams Please Read**
In an effort to make the Independent teams more relevant and interesting we are going to make an effort to put the Independent teams in 9 team groups. We will take one Independent from each age level and place them in a group and/or try to distribute it as best we can. Feel free to organize on your own if you like. We will be naming these groups to identify them in the brackets.
Have your group leader PM a Tournament Director to get invited to the battle. It is the responsibility of the leader to make sure all teams are entered properly in their brackets, once the brackets are set they will not be changed. Enter your teams by Day 0, check your teams and respond by Day 1, Day 2 brackets will be locked, Day 2/3 the Tourney begins. All are expected to abide by reasonable standards of good sportsmanship, not doing so can possibly result in the rescinding of your coalitions ability to compete. Please make every effort to schedule your games in a timely manner and make sure your team owners are aware they are in the TOC.

So, a basic rule of 25% shall be enforced on each age level for the % of each coalition in a particular bracket.
For instance, in a bracket of 4, 1 team from any given coalition, bracket of 8, 2 teams from any given coalition, bracket of 16, 4 teams, etc...
There are 18 total potential brackets, counting casual, regular and peewee. With that in mind, we shall restrict each coalition to no more than 12 teams, so choose which team will represent your coalition wisely.
Scheduling of Games:
1. Either team can schedule the game, please take an active role to get these on time and also PM the other owner to make sure they know that its the TOC game if possible.
2. Regular season games, IF and only IF they are within the rounds time frames, may be substituted, and then only if both owners agree.
3. If you have all 6 scrim slots taken up, and cannot possibly get your tourney game complete in the appropriate timeframe, you can be forfeited for your round.
Please Follow schedule If we get early games in, keep the pace going.
1st round games will be played before day 8.
2nd round games will be played before day 12
3rd round will be played before day 16.
4th round games will be played before day 20.
5th round games will be played before day 24
