1. Sumatra vs 8. Smexies - last game was closer than even I could have guessed it would be. But Sumatra should do what they need to do to secure this one. Still I have hope for the smexies I have come to love, but I have to say Seahawks win, 38-24.

4. Nation vs 5. Smoke - should be a very good game. 2 teams that over te past few seasons, have come so close to locking up a wl spot. I think one of these two teams can do it this season, but obviously not both . As much as I want to pick nation, I think Brantford will pull this one off on the road, 34-27

2. Walking dead vs 7. Asau kings - while this would have been a good matchup once upon a time, I don't think Asau will be pulling the upset here. Dead take it easily, 61-21

3. Gurupies vs 6. GCMM - both very good teams. Could be closer than I expect, buy I don't think GCMM is good enough to move on. Gurupies win 52-31

Well done on making the playoffs and thanks for the write-up. While I agree that WD should win, we are not taking Asau lightly.

Fun fact: Oceania is going to have 6 teams in WL next season, the most of any Nat Pro region / conference.


Edit: I forgot that Asau is voluntarily demoting. It will only be 5.

Just found out Asau is not demoting after all, so we will have 6 teams in WL. OPL has come a long way over the years.
