The Furious Five

#1 - Dirty Island Gurupies (5-0) - With WD's loss last week, this is a no brainer.

#2 - Sumatra Seahawks (5-0) - I'm not sure they will end up being here, but at 5-0 with a solid win over a top 4 team, you can't really make a case for them to be any lower.

#3 - Walking Dead (4-1) - Close loss to Sumatra drops us a few spots.

#4 - Razorback Nation (4-1) - They took care of business in week 5, but drop a spot as a result of Sumatra's jump in the rankings.

#5 - Brantford Smoke (4-1) - You could make an argument that Brantford should be #4, and I wouldn't argue against it much. However, short of going the easy route (4a and 4b), someone has to be #5. They can prove me wrong this week when they play the Razorbacks.

The Swingers

This group of teams have taken turns winning and losing against each other, so it is really impossible to use logic to rank them.

#6 - Asau Kings (3-2) - The Asau teams are trading places again. When Sumatra was looking questionable, it was easier to drop the Kings and dismiss the tagging excuse. However, this looks more correct now to me.

#7 - Banzai Pipeline Nites (4-1) - BPN's ranking is riding the coattails of the Kings, and thus they get a nice bump back up.

#8 - Gold Coast Michelin Men (2-3) - They lost to OTM, but with CoP making a strong showing in SEAPC, GCMM's body of work is a bit more impressive than OTM's.

#9 - Offtopica Miracle (2-3) - Losing to BPN is not making a strong case for your team's strength.

#10 - Paris Smexies (1-4) - They played Dirty Island tough. If you could buy teams like stocks, now is probably a good time to buy low on Paris. They have had a brutal opening stretch of games, which is getting easier.

#11 - Asau Assasins (3-2) - The loss to Offtopica Grace causes this team to tumble down the rankings. Now they get a shot to redeem themselves against the other Offtopica team.

#12 - Offtopica Grace (1-4) - Good win for the Grace. They need to keep it up over the next 4 if they want to have a shot at the playoffs.

#13 - Gridiron Avatars ~ Luminescent (2-3) - They got the win, but it was over a real bad team.

Stick a fork in them...

#14 - Fiji Ventures (2-3) - Not much life in this team. These guys are poster boys for why EL is not a perfect predictor of success.

#15 - Guam Chamoros Rising Sun Devils (0-5)

#16 - Mothball Mobsters (0-5)

The Real Thing

#1 - Night's Watch (4-1) - Took care of business again, altho the opponent was hardly a challenge.

#2 - Justice League (4-1) - Solid win over a playoff team solidifies JL's claim to the #2 spot.

#3 - Saigon Whores (4-1) - Much like JL, Saigon got a good win, albeit against an easier opponent. The 2/3 game between JL and Saigon should be a fun game to watch with a trip to WL on the line.

We Care Alot

#4 - The Cult of Personalities, Wu! (3-2) - The win over Omaha gets CoP into the top 4. queue bhall reply telling me how he has not boosted and once he does, his team will beat everyone they play

#5 - Omaha BEEF (3-2) - Not much to say here. Same story, different season.

#6 - Palembang Royally Drunken Monks (3-2) - Nice win over Dryden that will probably be key come playoff seeding time.

#7 - Dryden Gold (3-2) - Pretty much the opposite of what I wrote for Palembang. That loss could be critical if they need a tie-breaker to make the playoffs.

#8 - La Flama Blance (3-2) - Honestly, this team feels like I have ranked them too low, but they need to play some of the middle tier teams before I will know. They do just that this week.

#9 - Legacy's Danbury Demons (5-0) - They finally get a shot to show me what they are really made of this week, as they face Night's Watch. However, unless they win or play very close, I may have to wait until week 7 to know much.

#10 - Cult of Charleston Rowdies (2-3) - Another team that I feel like may be ranked too low. A loss to Justice is not that bad for a mid-tier team, but I'm just not sure where these guys fit in.

#11 - Pee Wee "WL" Dream Team (0-5) - The schedule just stays tough for this squad. They really need a win in two weeks against La Flama, or they may be out of the playoff hunt before the halfway point.

Last Cup of Sorrow

#12 - Pottsville Maroons (1-4) - Game against Sunred in two weeks could be the battle to be the best of the bad teams in SEAPC

#13 - Sunred Smashers (2-3) - They get an easy win this week...a rarity for them

#14 - Scotch Snobs (1-4) - Guess what, you will probably get a win this week. Unfortunately for you, it may be your last.

#15 - Buffalo Billz (0-5)

#16 - OT ABBY'S SERAPHIM (0-5)

Good reads!

CoP decided we needed an OC, so we got one now.

Banzai has a history of running over OT with its Special Teams (beenlurken hates us he does) and they did it again, don't take anything away from it other than that.

Sorry for the lack of write-ups. I started a new job and have limited internet + don't really feel like it when I get home. Suffice it to say that I have no clue about who is better than who at this point.

Give em notice.

You probably could just walk out the door, if they just hired you they probably have lots of resumes laying around still.
