We will be resetting as planned this coming season (S37) ...
Rules follow, it's a regular, not casual AI no/no league. We've been remarkably stable with 13, 13, and 12 teams this first cycle. Looking for more teams / players / owners / coaches for the next go around.

Monster League Football - A No Boost / No CEQ "Regular AI" League
League Duration:
Planned for a 3 season duration (Rookie, Prep, University), then resetting for S37.
Players:
All dots are to be created Season 33 Day 40 through Season 34 Day -1.
Boosting and Custom EQ Violations - Player found boosting or having Custom EQ will be suspended by the team/league.
Team owners will remove the boosted / CEQ wearing dot, or the game in question is forfeit.
Team Ownership:
Agents will be allowed to own at most one team for conflict of interest reasons.
Team Owners would have to commit a certain amount of flex for this.
Costs per season is fairly cheap however:
Team ownership: Costs 1000 for the first two seasons, and 400 flex for the third season.
Scrimmage costs: 25 flex per scrimmage x 16 = 400, and depending how far into the playoffs = scrimmage x 4 = 100. Max cost per season of 500.
Total cost per season of ownership: ~850-950 flex.
Of course, any agent on a team can pitch in by donating flex towards the Team Flex Bank to help their owner pay for the costs.
Regular Season Games:
Scrimmages will use the following format:
[X] This friendly is ranked and should be taken seriously
[_] Results are viewable by the participants only
[X] Use playoff-style overtime rules
[X] Enable home team abilities
[X] Enable salary-based morale bonuses
Games should be scheduled as early as possible on odd days. (To avoid regular league game conflicts / level mismatch)
If a scheduled game is missed, it is the home team's responsibility to post in the forums if the away team did not accept. Make up games will be agreed upon by both teams - (suggested, even day late as possible.) In the case that no makeup is scheduled within a week's time from the original date - the home team will forfeit the match, unless they have posted in the forums.
Promotion System (pending depending # of teams):
Size permitting, the league will be organized into a World conference, and a National conference. To preserve competitive balance, at the end of each season the top National team will promote, and the bottom World team will demote.
Playoffs:
Playoff structure will be based on number of teams participating in the league.
Playoff scrims will follow the same format as regular season matches.
Seeding Method:
1) record
2) H2H record
3) conference record
4) record vs. common non-conference opponents
5) greatest difference between points scored and allowed (among common or conference opponents only)
6) fewest points allowed (among common opponents only)
7) greatest points scored (among common opponents only)
8) virtual coin toss.
Coaching Positions:
Not allowed on multiple teams to avoid conflicts of interest. Exceptions may be made if agreed upon in advance by the owners.
lol GM / Recruiters / CFOs / etc. are unrestricted.
Trades:
Trades must be approved by both the teams and players involved.
