Somehow I think you'd do better with using the Possession Receiver with your build. I could be wrong and I suspect other have differing ideas about this but I had a very successful Pwr WR several seasons back. Built him per request as primarily an outside blocker for outside running plays. Where we differed (my build against yours):
My strength was around 80 (maybe as high as 85 but it was at least 80). Helped a lot with blocking and with catching (not many KL's)... especially late in his build when he caught a lot of his passes in heavy traffic.
I maxed out his height and weight as well. Think glorified TE playing WR (or what you would get by playing Tony Gonzalez or Antonio Gates at WR).
Out speeds were similar... I think mine ended at 138.
Agility was about the same.
My Jumping was around 70 by end of build. Really helped with making catches in traffic.
Stamina about the same.
My vision was higher but I've learned some things since then. Now I would stop vision at around 70 (plenty vision for a WR IMO).
My blocking was, of course, higher as I built him for blocking on outside runs (somewhere around 1st cap).
You catching is just a little higher than mine was... I seem to remember it being around 85).
Our carrying was about equal... mine was maybe a touch lower.
I didn't think fake was a good SA for what I'd built... went with Catch and Jump Catch (I think).

Our VA's are different too. Again, I KNEW my dot wasn't a super speedster so I concentrated on VA's that helped him make catches and deck would-be tacklers. So no slippery, or quick feet for me. I had outside blocker and Sure Hands.
If you check the main attributes of a Pwr WR, I think I remember Strength as being one of them. Your strength, at that low a skill level, means your build wouldn't really be a Pwr Wr... which is why I think you'd be better served by using the Poss WR archetype for what you're planning.
