I have a lvl 60 PHB and atm he has 120 speed(with eq) and 85 agility. Bruiser was my first VA and I was just wondering if most PHBs keep the Bruiser VA or do they switch to slippery running style near the end of their build. I am still putting skill points and hope to get it to the 83 cap.

I wouldn't change bruiser for slippery for a PHB. I dont belive its too common to change your powerslider to elusive for a PHB

I'd be careful using Elusive settings on a back that just isn't that fast. It will cause him to dance a bit more instead of heading straight for the holes. This gives the defenders, who are gonna be 30-40 points faster, plenty of time to get in the action. My best PHB had 131/86 end SPD/AGL and had back to back Pro MVP's using Bruiser with -51 (Power), of course he had 208 combined STR and CRY. Just my experience though. Maybe others have had success with Elusive.
