The SA's in the QB's SA tree will work, of course. Other out-of-tree stuff just generally doesn't apply to sacks unless it specifically says so. They're treated somewhat differently by the code.

Pallow has all kinds of suggestions, mostly just for the tools the mods use to be easier and more streamlined, but some about the rules as well.

I personally would like to try and move more towards a self-moderated environment in general with personal ignore lists and whatnot, with specific moderation generally just for porn or racist stuff, illegal links, etc. Kinda like how things go in FFA and general discussion, but with a bit more user control. There's features along those lines anyway with the new IM chat system, so I figure we can sort of extend that out to other parts of the community. I think we're probably going to end up somewhere in the middle.

Nah. Last one was pretty similar. When you've had 50+ Q & A's most of the questions people have wanted to be answered have been answered. I'm sure when we come out with the new games, the Q & A's will be crazy again.

Jumping increases the dive tackle radius. The general standing tackling radius never increases so much from your tackling score that it requires a dive to initiate. If it's in your radius, you can initiate a tackle. If it's out of your radius, but within the dive tackle radius, you can do a diving tackle.

D-Line: I'd normally say Run Stuffer but speed DE's have been pretty good lately
LB: I'd probably go Coverage based
Secondary: Definitely Man
K and P: Boomer

No, it is 100% deterministic, based on the position of all the other players and hotspots and whatnot.

The "deflect ball" roll determines FG block chance. The roll is incredibly hard to pass, though, so it will probably appear more random than not.

Yes, there's a Warrior General "bar" attached to the bottom of the screen that has your friends list, any IM chats you have going on, your flex point total, your inbox, link to your account settings, and links to the other games. It is static and looks the same across all sites. If you are logged into one game, you can seamlessly go to another game and be logged in there as well, and it will keep all your friends and chats in tact. You don't even have to sign up for the other games if you have never played them. You just have to access the game and it activates your account on it, and gets you started.

There is a central set of forums accessible from all games (general discussion, ffa, private forums, etc) and each game has its own section like the "goal line blitz" section of this site for stuff related to that game, that only appears on that game's forum.
