I have 2 speed WR's at level 55 and I am trying to plan out my end build and these are the two skills I am stuck on trying to figure out what I should aim for at end build. If anybody could shed some light on the subject for me I would appreciate it.

As stated in other threads, 40 confidence is the highest you should aim for.
I personally have seen little benefit from vision for offensive dots. I'd aim for 52-57 vision on a WR, any more is just kind of a waste of SP's. Most vision checks to see the ball coming for WR's are dirt easy to pass, and avoiding defenders/choosing running lanes is also pretty easy and not something you should worry too much about.
