I don't feel like that's a very good build. Head fake is to high, Juke is too low. open field fake is kinda questionable.

His speed is low unless ur going to use trackstar

If this is a VPB build, try swapping out some of his strength with speed and see what you get.

A little more speed wouldn't hurt. And maybe some light trained jumping. You can take down strength a little to try and get speed up just like Theo said
Also 10 in Head fake, juke, and spin is preferred for most RB's. Also try to keep first step as low as possible.
IMO, the open field fake is unnecessary. I'd say put that CEQ into juke instead

Hmm I don't think you should have to reduce your strength really.

My HB right now is level 42 and has spent about 370 BTs so far and my build around the end looks like (this is likely cutting it a bit close on BTs for 4 AEQ I might have to spend a few more points in jumping leaving a few less for SAs)
