Where to go from here? I used to have a pretty successful WR back in the day (2008), but I've been inactive for couple of years. I came back this February and I would like to know how I'm doing with this WR build.

Its too balanced! Will work nice in its early ages but not later in the build... You need to concentrate in its major attributes 1 by 1 first (taking speed to 85 without eq, then going for next attribute agility or catching etc)
