I've lost my notes I had on this and need yawl's help.
#1, I know there's diminishing returns on SA's with more than 10-12 points in them... does the same apply for VA's?
#2, I'm also aware about "stacking" and it's effects... does that also go for VA's which mimic, or "stack" upon SA's or EQ?
Thanks in advance for everyone's help on this. Much appreciated.

I can't remember off the top of my head but I know there is a VA you only take to like 9 or something because anything over that you get no benefit from it at all.

YAC attack and slippery, man.
These two both add break tackle chance, and va stack limit is 75%.
Note: Bort said vs stacking is multiplication, not additive.
