Only issue we are looking at is progression passing issues. Not even sure we'll make a change in that area but we are doing some testing on it. Might make a tweak in regards to how the ! triggers on the QB blitz vision check (not have it fire unless there is a minimum of 5 players blitzing the QB - currently it will do it when only four come and that doesn't seem "logical").

Do have a few suggestions and bug fixes I am going to ask Bort to work on - hopefully he will address those.

Since you guys are looking at passing, is there any way that low level passing can possibly be reviewed? I know Bort has posted there are "buffs" to help low level passing, but how can it be that passing works in Rookie and then suddenly becomes abysmal in both Prep and University? Does the "buff" apply at those levels? If not, then I can see how its just bad because of lower attributes, but if the "buff" is there, it seems to be doing the opposite of helping. With the changes made over the seasons to help make the game exciting offensively, I am wondering if those two level leagues (Prep & University) can be reviewed so passing can be more than just screens and down-field prayers. Thanks.

The buff decreases with each level and then it is gone once that QB dot hits 50.

So, it starts to get tough in the late 30s and really so in the 40s and 50s, but will start to come back in the mid 60s from what I have seen. Not sure if it needs a fix, but it is like that for everybody. Maybe the buff should be in place until level 60, I don't know.

I think the issue with prep and university passing is simply the defense improving in areas needed faster than offensive dots. Some scouting and check down work and it's still pretty easy to pass better than 50% without using screens.

I haven't seen a 50% game *against a competent DC* in that age range.

I would agree defensive dots do develop faster, but I would disagree that scouting and check downs will get you 50% against a *good* squad with a DC paying any kind of attention.

40% is actually a *really* good completion clip against a competent DC in Prep/Univ right now, it's flat out hideous to watch.

+1 to having a look at possibly having the band aid fall off a little slower through Prep/Univ/Minors.

Something. I love making QB's but always wonder if I am getting my money's worth. I do love how the passing game picks back up around level 60 but that trudging through the 40's and 50's is a drag.

And the fact that lower level RECEIVERS are spending all their quality time on Speed... not vision (to see the pass coming) and Catching (to catch the pass if you DO manage to see it coming).

I think that the changes are purely the user base adapting to what appears to be an overload of certain strategies. Everyone has pick dots now, aura is favored, etc.

I think the sim is ok. It's down to the chess match of team design, and I like that.

Just look at the mean and median QB ratings and you'll see there's a big problem with the advantage defense has over offense in the passing game at those levels.
