The feature in the custom AI allows you to move the TE to the left side to pass block. I know this may be a silly question, but can you move the TE to pass block on the left side for a running play? If he were over there then he could help run block once the RB has the ball.

Nope.

But he can move over there on a QB draw play, right?

I think they fixed that.

Can the TE block the left side on SB Trips plays?

I don't think that's allowed at all for some reason.

I guess technically it should be allowed. It would create a situation where the right tackle is eligible but as long as no plays were designed to throw to the tackle it wouldn't be a big deal.

My thought was that it would create an unbalanced line and a nice little pocket for a RB or WR screen to the weak side. And yeah, it would make the RT an eligible receiver, but there are no plays designed to throw to him. Does anyone know definitely or have tested it?

I believe Bort (or Catch) said it would cause an illegal formation and that it wouldn't work.

Okay, then what about in a Singleback Big formation? Could you move the strong side TE to pass block on the left side along with the BTE?

I think you could for about a day and a half, then they fixed it.

When you fear the ROLB blitz and expect that the LOLB is set to drop into zone rather than blitz?

Yeah, it used to be helpful when the OL logic was so bad.

Moving the TE to the left side can put more blockers in front of a screen pass. I wanna get as many guys as possible in front of the RB or WR.
