Not sure about the stamina for an end build... and I could say you need more confidence but that's a personal thing. Several builders around here post that it's over rated. I'm not sold on that ideal... yet.

I wanted to end up with roughly 60 Stamina, but if that's the case, then something else will have to go.

Those numbers seem low across the board. Are you multi-training? IMO, if you have 170 speed you will need A LOT more Stamina.

I think you're giving up too much to get speed that high. You lose more than you gain.
