Not sure where to really go from here. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What can I do to get the performance level higher than the actual level?

I haven't put any points into SA's yet. Should I start too now?

Thanks!

To get your effective level up you need to spend your SPs quicker. Get attributes up to caps (the point at which it costs more to level them up) when you can.

http://wiki.goallineblitz.com/index.php/Ability_Softcaps

Preferably major attributes, as indicated by the gold star in the skill point screen. That way you get more from leveling. Also, what are you training? If you aren't quad-training with at least 2 stars of enhanced training you'll be missing out. With your 46 (!) SPs I'd spend 5 on capping vision at 48, 20 on capping catching at 60, 12 on capping agility at 68.

You'd have 9 left - confidence is a major attribute, but is less important than carrying and jumping. From here I'd be training jumping, catching, speed and agility, then capping jumping once you have the SPs. Don't put the SPs into jumping yet, you want to still get the training benefits.

Don't get SAs yet, focus on capping, SAs are more level 70+ things.

Thanks for your help. I was thinking my training was better when my attributes where lower so I wasn't spending many SP's.

Guess I was wrong.

thanks!!!!!!

I have been multi training Speed, catching, Agility. the whole time with 2 or 3 stars. And have done confidence and jumping both about half.

Would it be really bad to put some points into STamina? My player get tired so fast he isn't in the game but once every 3 plays. But if it will hurt my players future then so be it.

If you're concerned about that then I'd say replace jumping with stamina in the plan above. It'll take slightly longer to cap but that shouldn't make too much difference - I only suggested jumping in the first place 'cause it was closer to 48. In the end you'll want your jumping and stamina at the same sort of region (in the 60s), and I guess having low jumping in the meantime is better than having low stamina.

You were right, but only if it doesn't come at the expense of capping things. That's why you shouldn't put any SPs into stamina until you have enough to get it to level 48.

You're not wrong... just off a little. You DON'T want tp spend your SP's every time you get them... But, rather, only when spending them can raise your skill to the next cap. If that means saving your SP's until you have a certain number (say 22 SP's would get your skill to the next cap... then you either save until you get 22 SP's or wait to spend until you boost and THEN go to next cap)... then that's what you do.
And you're correct. Once you pour points into a skill, training gains then go down for that skill (if your skill has 33 points in it, ti roughly trains at 45% bumps... but if you spent 5 SP's on it, taking it to 38 points, then your training would go down to around 36% bumps. Every little bit helps.). So you you DO want to spend SP's and not hold them forever... but ONLY enough to get you to the next cap.
