U can have as many pieces of % EQ as u want, u just take a penalty. Each piece will end up being halved multiplied by the number of pieces u have. 2 Pieces of 15% CB% will net u 22.5% instead of 30. If u added a 3rd piece of say 12%, then it would be worth 3%, half of 12 for 6% + another half for being the 3rd piece which gives u 3%.

You are building wrong. Good WRs shouldn't be dependent on a single type of EQ. Ignore catching and catch % gear all together, don't waste SP on it when the CBs can do all the work for you. Let the CBs pick off every pass and then use your high strength, make tackle and force fumble attributes and gear to get the ball back from the CB.
