It's all about speed. You want to focus on that, get it to around 81 before you spend skill points elsewhere.

Ultimately, you'll be multi-training as this gives better results, but some people prefer to focus on speed for the first season or so and then multi-train, really it's up to you.

Bonus tokens should go on upgrading your key attributes (speed, agility, catching) to around 3 stars early, then in later seasons on AEQ with a catch ball % bonus.
