Your Stamina is low, but for your guy I'd go with the Spin SA. If you have 3 BTs left, change out Lower the Shoulder for Power Thru. LTS is fairly useless for a WR. That way you can add a couple of levels to Power Thru and have some Spin. Both are break tackles SAs that go well with your 22.5% BT AEQ.
BTW, your VAs could use some work IMO. Bruiser and YAC Attack stack together, but you cannot over 75% break tackle bonus when you combine all of your VAs. 15 in Bruiser gives you 45% and 15 in YAC Attack gives you 75%. Bruiser is good for catches within 8 yards of the line of scrimmage and YAC Attack with 10 yards. There is a bit of a gap there, but IMO a large price to pay for those 2 yards and does not apply in all situations.
I'd suggest balancing them some way, which will free up a few VAs to put into something else (e.g. Soft Hands). Say, keep all 15 in Bruiser and put 6 in YAC Attack. This will give you the full 75% bonus to breaking a tackle for a catch within 8 yards in the first second of the catch and a nice bonus to breaking tackles when running after the catch. That leaves 9 VA points for another VA.
